Monthly Group Class Blocks

Sign up monthly for these classes through Brenna at theclinic.brenna@gmail.com.

Logistics: You’ll commit to the same class block day and time for the month. Prices may vary depending on Holiday closings or extra weeks in the month. We will send you the calendar meeting dates when you sign up. You can make your missed classes by scheduling your substitution through Brenna. Class substitutions have a one month grace period. Missed classes do not roll over indefinitely.

Class size is limited, and the instructors plan for the students who have signed up for that particular block. The perk, a more specialized class plan for you and your fellow attendees.

Policies for procedures: If you are post injury or surgery, you cannot join in any group class blocks before having a private session to assess your situation/needs.

1 class per week for 4 weeks $80

2 classes per week for 4 weeks $160

FMYoga 1

Restore healthy movement patterns, gain strength and mobility, and learn basic functional movements to make your everyday life more accessible and enjoyable.

FMYoga 2

Make sustainable change and maintain it with FM 2 classes. Builds off of FM 1 methods and includes yoga training, strength & bodyweight training, mobility training, and mental steadiness. Must be able to weight bear on hands and knees for class, as well as get up and down from the floor without any assistance. This class can be used long term for overall mobility, strength, and function.

FMFit

FMFit classes build off of FMYoga 2. Not appropriate for those with injuries, daily pain or loss of ROM
